This package includes one Core Disk with a smooth surface and a reflexology surface, plus a training DVD. Labeled exercise positions are imprinted directly on the Core Disk for quick reference. Made of soft rubber, the Core Disk allows adjustable levels of difficulty with inflation or deflation. Additionally, it has a smooth/textured side as well as a reflexology side. DVD included features instruction from Team Fonda Trainers, Katrina Hodson and Karena Dawn.
