The square, 20" wide 3/4" Baltic Birch wood platform is stable and offers postive, non-slip footing. The adjustable, Tri-Level urethane rocking base offers 10, 12, and 15 degree angle options which are great for basic balance training and improving range of motion. It you are not fully confident with your balance this is a great board to start on. Lots of short exposures each day is the best way to increase your balance reaction and core stability.
