The Indo Original FLO Package combines the original deck, original roller, FLO Cushion and the training/demo DVD. The Indo Original is the easiest model to learn on offering hours of fun for riders of all ages and abilities. The basic goal is to ride the Indo Board for as long as possible while keeping the edge of the board from touching the ground. Designed for fun while exercising the core muscles involved in balance. You can learn all the moves you want on this model. When you have this model wired and want to progress to the next level then consider stepping up to one of the Pro models. The mouth inflatable Indo Flo Balance Cushion is used as an alternative to the roller. You can adjust the degree of instability on the cushion with the level of inflation. Less inflation means more stability while inflating the cushion to it's maximum creates the most instability. The basic difference between the Flo cushion and the roller configuration is that the deck does not actively roll on the cushion, it tilts around, offering a full circle of instability. This is a challenging, yet fun, way to ride the board and to try to stabilize it which creates the exercise. What you now have is a mini gym in the comfort of your living room! The IndoFLO Balance Cushion creates a gentle exercise that takes up little space.
